We are engaged in harvesting of licorice root. The licorice root is prepared in the North of Uzbekistan (Karakalpakstan).
Harvesting of the root is carried out according to the resolution (quota) of the State Committee for Nature on special technology, which allows obtaining a product with a high content of nutrients.
The licorice root is offered in the following assortment.
1. Sticks with a length of 10 to 25 cm, a diameter of 10 to 30-40 mm, dried to a moisture content no more than 12%. The content of glycyrrhizic acid is from 12% to 14%. Annually 200-300 tons of dried licorice root are harvested. The root is offered in two forms - packaged in polypropylene bags of 20 kg and pressed into piles (70-80 kg)
2. The root is crushed into fibers is made by order, packed in bags of 20 kg.
3. Slices - licorice root, cut in thin slices are made by order, packed in sacks.
4. Extract of licorice root in plastic barrels of 60 kg. There is a production on partner sides with a capacity of 200 tons per year.
